FIREARMS RE-CERTIFICATION & TRAINING
Firearms Re-certification
As required by State Firearms/Weapons Acts, you will need to be re-certified in the area of firearms/weapons to keep your licence current. This course incorporates a law exam, live fire exam, safe use/handling of firearms, batons and handcuff re-assessment.
Firearms Training Days
Past course graduates are welcome, and encouraged, to come and practice their skills during the range session on any of our regular Firearms Courses. It is not only logical, but it is also your responsibility to practice your skills on a regular basis.
ADVANCED TACTICAL FIREARMS
This is an advanced firearms course and is only open to those who have satisfactorily completed a basic Security Firearms (Licensing) Course. It is a course for those professional members of the security industry who wish to enhance their survival skills and techniques.
DEFENSIVE TACTICS
Only a handful of weapons instructors in Australia can offer you empty hand and weapon tuition based on techniques taught by the New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory and other Police departments, the Smith & Wesson Academy and PPCT (Pressure Point Control Tactics Management System, inc.). PPCT is the premier law enforcement defensive tactics system in the Unites States and Australia.
Defensive Tactics Control and Restraint (Strongly recommended for every Crowd Controller, Security Officer and Bodyguard)
Defensive Tactics Baton and Handcuff (This course is a must for those officers who carry batons and handcuffs)
Spontaneous Knife Defence (This course is recommended for all security personnel)
Violent Patient Management (This course is recommended for all medical employees)
Sexual Harassment & Rape Prevention (This course is recommended for females who feel they need self defence)
TACTICAL FIREARMS FOR THE PROTECTIVE SPECIALIST
Learn to protect your valuable consignment or client using advanced firearms tactics and techniques. Study concealment rigs, turn & shoot, moving targets, moving whilst firing.
